When using the Fintesk web app, you may run into some performance issues that may prevent you from having a seamless sales process. We’ve provided a few troubleshooting tips in this article that you can test out if you run into any technical issues while using Fintesk.


For general troubleshooting



If Fintesk is being slow

  • Refresh the page of your browser.
  • Log in and log out of your Fintesk account.
  • Make sure your browser is updated to the latest version. You can see if you are on the latest version of your browser here.
  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.

  • Connect your computer to another network. This will rule out any network issues that could be causing the slowness.
  • Log in to Fintesk on another computer. This will rule out any device issues that could be causing the slowness.

If your data appears to be missing

  • Check to see if you have any filters applied to your Fintesk account.

  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.

  • Check to see if any browser extensions are interacting with Fintesk. By logging in to Fintesk with an incognito window, you will be able to see if one of your extensions is causing any issues.
